Taylor Rowell

Taylor Rowell is a Senior Specialist, Project Management with KBR, serving with NASA’s Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI) as a Challenge Coordinator and lead for assigned Advanced Projects. She brings over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector to the CoECI team with a focus on program development, grant management, and fundraising efforts. For the last several years, she has worked as a Program Officer, managing challenge competitions with a focus on crowd curation and participant outreach. Taylor holds a B.A. in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
