Oceola (Ocie) Hall – NASA’s Federal Women’s Program Coordinator
Oceola (Ocie) Hall graduated from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and began her career with the United States Department of Labor. Hall later served as project manager in the Public Service Careers Program at the Civil Service Commission.
