Data Review of Avionics and Controls Testing of SLS Booster
Test technicians in ATK's instrumentation room at the Space Launch System booster prime contractor's Promontory, Utah, test facility review data during the March 28 avionics and controls testing - dubbed Flight Control Test 1 - of NASA's Space Launch System booster. The Space Launch System is America's next heavy-lift launch vehicle, now being developed and built by NASA and its aerospace partners. The work is managed for the agency by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.
