Lipe has authored several technical papers throughout his career, including “ADAPS [Advanced Data Acquisition and Processing System] Telemetry Processor Mid-Life Improvement Program” in 2000. He is a member of the Society of Flight Test Engineers and serves as chair of the DoD Range Commanders Council Telemetry Group.
