Electronic Health Records System (EHRS)

In support of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Occupational Health (OH) Program, the Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer (OCHMO) has implemented an Electronic Health Record System (EHRS). The EHRS, deployed under direction by OCHMO, is used across NASA by two OH service providing entities; Medical Clinics and Environmental Health/Industrial Hygiene (EH/IH) Offices.

The EHRS is maintained in compliance with the following Laws and Regulations:

  • 42 U.S.C. 2472; 44 U.S.C. 3101; Pub. L. 92-255

  • NPR 2810.1, Security of Information Technology
