NASA Officials to Discuss Fiscal Year 2015 Budget in Teleconference March 4 at 1 p.m. CST; Marshall Center Director Scheuermann to Meet With Media at 2:45 p.m.

Because of inclement weather in the Washington area, NASA’s Fiscal Year 2015 budget media briefing on Tuesday, March 4 now will be a teleconference. NASA Administrator Charles Bolden and NASA Chief Financial Officer Elizabeth Robinson will brief reporters starting at 1 p.m. CST.

Marshall Space Flight Center Director Patrick Scheuermann will hold a news conference with members of the news media at 2:45 p.m. at the Marshall Center in the pressroom of Building 4200 on Rideout Road. Scheuermann will discuss the budget and its impact on the Marshall Center, and take questions.

News media interested in attending Scheuermann’s news conference should contact Jennifer Stanfield in the Marshall Center’s Public & Employee Communications Office at 256-544-0034. Media will report to the Redstone Arsenal Joint Visitor Control Center at Gate 9, Interstate 565 interchange at Rideout Road/Research Park Boulevard, by 2:15 p.m. for escort. Vehicles are subject to a security search at the gate. News media will need two photo identifications and proof of car insurance.
