
Testing Robotic Capabilities Inside Station
iss072e189028 (November 15, 2024) --- NASA astronaut Suni Williams conducted capture techniques with REACCH, tentacle-like robot arms with gecko-like adhesive pads, outfitted onto an Astrobee robot aboard the International Space Station. This technology could be used to capture satellites and assist with space debris removal to protect valuable space-based infrastructure.
