XP-59 AIRPLANE IN WIND TUNNEL
A Bell YP-59A Airacomet jet aircraft in the Altitude Wind Tunnel (AWT). The tunnel's test section was large enough to accommodate entire aircraft with just the wing tips shortened (3/26/1945).
