F-15B Lifting Insulating Foam Trajectory flight test series
A post-flight inspection of the panels on the F-15B's flight test fixture showed five divots of thermal protection system (TPS) foam were successfully ejected during the Lifting Insulating Foam Trajectory (LIFT) experiment flight #2, the first flight with TPS foam.
