iss075e0085813 (Sept. 1, 2026) --- ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Sophie Adenot, with her spacesuit’s gold‑plated helmet visor down and wearing a patch representing her home country of France, is pictured inside the Quest airlock after the completion of a six‑hour and 49‑minute spacewalk. Adenot, along with station commander Jessica Meir of NASA (out of frame), installed a spacecraft navigation aid, swabbed the station’s exterior for microorganisms, and prepared a cosmic particle detector for future upgrades outside the International Space Station.
