Cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikaev try on their Orlan spacesuits

iss074e0604316 (May 22, 2026) --- Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikaev, Expedition 74 commander and flight engineer respectively, are pictured inside the Poisk module's airlock preparing to try on their Orlan spacesuits. The duo was preparing for a spacewalk to install a solar radiation experiment and remove biological exposure hardware on the outside of the International Space Station.
