At the Integration Facility at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, the Soyuz TMA-19M spacecraft was rotated into position Dec. 8 for its encapsulation into the upper stage of its Soyuz booster rocket. The Soyuz spacecraft will launch Dec. 15 to send Expedition 46-47 crew members Tim Kopra of NASA, Tim Peake of the European Space Agency and Yuri Malenchenko of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) for a six-month mission on the International Space Station.
