Prize Competition Panel at the Federal Laboratory Consortium on April 30, 2015 – A panel of experts on prize competitions were convened to present information and field questions from the audience. Prize competitions are a new open innovation mechanism for federal agencies to harness the collective innovative capacity of the American public and private sectors to solve problems, spur innovation, and rapidly commercialize new technologies.
