National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) pilot Will Odell explains a function of the Global Hawk control room to media representatives at a media day event held at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center on Feb. 5. NASA’s Global Hawk is currently supporting NOAA’s’ SHOUT mission which is studying the El Niño storm patterns in the Pacific Ocean.
