Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (center) joined NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Director Chris Scolese (far right), Congressman Scott Rigell (second from right) and nearly 100 people for the groundbreaking ceremony June 9 for the Wallops Research Park located just outside the gate of the NASA Wallops Flight Facility.
