jsc2018e043413 (May 10, 2018) — At the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, Expedition 56 prime crew member Alexander Gerst signs in for the first of two days of final Soyuz qualification exams May 10. Gerst, Serena Auñón-Chancellor of NASA and Sergey Prokopyev of Roscosmos will launch June 6 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the Soyuz MS-09 spacecraft for a six-month mission on the International Space Station.
