Her leadership to resolve employee issues through agency reviews on policy directly impacts all NASA employees. She is a strong role model for the disabled, Hispanics and women to inspire and increase college awareness among these underrepresented communities. Her dedication as a volunteer speaker creates student interest in NASA jobs by demonstrating Robotics, Rocketry, and the legendary Astronaut Spacesuit. Dora has created change in the workplace and her outreach activities enhance the future for our youth.
