NASA Astronaut Bob Hines
Bob Hines was selected as a NASA astronaut in 2017. He most recently served as the pilot of NASA’s SpaceX Crew-4 mission to the International Space Station as part of Expedition 67 and 68. Hines is currently assigned as a backup crew member for the agency’s Artemis III mission – a mission to low Earth orbit designed to test rendezvous and docking capabilities between Orion and commercial spacecraft needed to land astronauts on the Moon. Hines will train alongside NASA astronauts Randy Bresnik, Frank Rubio, and Andre Douglas, and ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Luca Parmitano.
