In honor of National Engineers Week and Black History Month, NASA Marshall Space Flight Center highlighted seven engineers about their professional and personal experiences.

National Engineers Week (Feb. 21-27, 2021) is dedicated to ensuring a diverse, future engineering workforce by increasing an interest in and understanding of science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) careers.

Black History Month, also known as African American History Month, which is observed in the month of February, pays tribute to the generations of Black/African Americans who struggled with adversity to achieve full citizenship in American society.

NASA is committed to promoting STEM careers through its multitude of talented professionals, celebrating diversity, and practicing inclusion.
