Matt: Hey everyone, I’m Matt.

Abby: And I’m Abby and if you’re a fan of the NASA in Silicon Valley podcast, you might recognize our voices.

Matt: But if you didn’t know, the NASA in Silicon Valley podcast series is a conversational podcast. This is where we talk to the various researchers, scientists, engineers, and all around cool people throughout NASA, but specifically here at NASA’s Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley.

Abby: Yeah and this week we’re trying something a bit different with the podcast.

Matt: Yeah. We’re teaming up with our friends to the north, over at Twitch TV to bring you the NASA in Silicon Valley podcast, but on video and live. And you can even participate with us, by participating in the live chat.

Abby: Yeah, so join us this Friday, January 12th at 2 pm Pacific on twitch dot tv slash NASA.

Matt: We’ll have two special guests. Straight from NASA Headqaurters, we’ll have Dr. Jim Green, who heads up NASA’s Planetary Science Division. But also here locally, Dr. Greg Schmidt, who is a part of NASA’s Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute. And we’re going to be talking about how we’re going back to the moon.

Abby: So, see you all on Friday for our very first NASA in Silicon Valley Live.
