Amytha Willard: About Library Services
The presentation covered an overview of the library’s purpose, library locations, collection and website (including ebooks, databases, searching, making requests and suggestions for purchase). It also included information about the Bookmobile service. The Bookmobile is a mobile library that brings materials to you and they do not charge overdue fines. Library card sign-ups was available after the presentation. All Ames staff are eligible for a Santa Clara County Library card.
Ms. Willard is a librarian at the Santa Clara Library. She has worked for Santa Clara County Library Bookmobile for 11 years, providing outreach for library services. She is skilled at linking community needs with library offerings and looks forward to helping the Ames community.
