S72-17494 (19 Jan. 1972) --- These three men make up the crew of the Skylab 4 mission. They are, left to right, scientist-astronaut Edward G. Gibson, science pilot; astronaut Gerald P. Carr, commander; and astronaut William R. Pogue, pilot. They were photographed and interviewed during an "open house" press day in the realistic atmosphere of Skylab mock-up and trainers in the Mission Simulation and Training facility at the Manned Spacecraft Center.
