A Risk Reduction Strategy for Human Space Exploration

Crew health and performance is critical to successful human exploration beyond low Earth orbit. The Human Research Program (HRP) investigates and reduces the highest risks to human health and performance, providing essential countermeasures and technologies for human space exploration.
HRP uses an integrated approach to understand and research each risk. HESTIA works with the HRP to identify areas where human research can be conducted in the 20-foot Chamber Facility.
