Dr. Paul Blelloch – NESC Academy Biography
Paul Blelloch received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T. and his M.S. and Ph.D. from UCLA. He joined SDRC in 1986 and was a founder of ATA Engineering in 2000, where he is currently Director of Aerospace Analysis. His expertise is in the simulation of complex structural dynamic systems, including modal correlation, coupled loads analysis and vibro-acoustics. He teaches a variety of Nastran classes as well as a class in Vibro-Acoustic methods. Recently he has started a discussion group among NASA centers and contractors to share expertise in the application of the Python programming language to problems in spacecraft and launch vehicle loads and dynamics.
