Professional Biography

Will Carrara is a Senior Software Engineer at California State University, Monterey Bay. In his role he has been working within the NASA Earth Exchange (NEX) team in the Biospheric Branch at NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) in Moffett Field, CA through the NASA Ames-CSUMB Co-op. Will is a senior backend developer for the OpenET project and is responsible for the development, advancement and maintenance of the project’s API and cloud infrastructure. Additionally, Will is a member of the scientific modeling team working in coordination with project scientists to monitor and maintain proper implementation of the NASA SIMS ET model.
