Kelly Macleod

Kelly is an Open Innovation Advisor with KBR Wyle, where she serves as a Challenge Coordinator for the CoECI. Previously, she was a crowdsourcing project manager. She is energized by new ideas, loves creative problem-solving, and is passionate about impactful initiatives that make life better for everyone. As a fan of useful tools, Kelly is naturally inclined to automation and process improvement. She enjoys leading teams to solve complex problems and can become deeply engrossed in research for hours on end. She is a self-taught software developer specializing in web development. Kelly served 7.5 years in the Army National Guard as a Human Resources Specialist while simultaneously attending college, where she received a BS in Psychology from Appalachian State University in 2013.
