
Bobbie Stoker
Bobbie Stoker is Headquarters NASA Office of JPL Management and Oversight (HQ NOJMO) Business Operations Office, Chief. Bobbie is responsible for business and financial operations for HQ NOJMO. In this role she is responsible for budget formulation, developing and implementing business processes and financial reporting, financial policy compliance, and developing long range business plan, and oversight of JPL Caltech’s financial and business operations for their $30 billion dollar contract with NASA. In addition, Bobbie serves as the Chief of Staff, and Human Capital Officer for HQ NOJMO.
Prior to this assignment Bobbie served as the Deputy Program Business Manager, Strategic Planning for the NASA’s Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) program budgeted at $12.9 billion. In this role Bobbie was responsible for providing expert guidance to management for strategic planning and project/program development; planning and administering financial resources, developing multi-year budgetary requirements for architectural studies, formulation, and implementation of JPSS missions.
Before joining NASA in 2012, Bobbie was Business Manager of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Support Services Business Unit at Aerovironment (AV), Inc. She held various roles at Rocketdyne Propulsion and Power including Business Management Lead for Rocketdyne’s CA Site Consolidation program, and Project Management lead for the Space Shuttle Main Engine (SSME) Transition and Retirement project.
Bobbie earned her Master of Science in Business Management, emphasis in Project Management from Colorado Technical University in 2009. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University, Grazadio School of Business in 2006. She was a NASA Space Flight Awareness Honoree, has received numerous NASA Honor Awards, NASA Achievement Award, and NASA Special Act Award.
