The technicians were dwarfed by its massive size. The Saturn V rocket was taller than the Statue of Liberty and weighed over 6 million pounds when fueled. It still holds the Guinness Book of World Record‘s title of “Largest Rocket Ever.” A total of 13 Saturn V rockets were launched between 1967 and 1973. Every launch was successful.
