Radar Wind Profile Truck

Smoke begins rising into the air behind a mobile radar wind profiler truck, during a prescribed burn at Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield. The micrometeorology team, based at University of Alabama, Huntsville, used radar and lidar systems to capture the interactions between wind and fire and to analyze smoke particulates.
