Why is it important for there to be women in Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) jobs at NASA?
It’s important for women to be in all fields. Women bring a diversity in perspectives, experiences and thought processes that have demonstrated benefits for previously male-dominated arenas. Diversity of all kinds has been shown to improve the performance of organizations.
