Barry Wilmore of NASA (second from left), Alexander Samokutyaev of the Russian Federal Space Agency (second from right) and Elena Serova of Roscosmos (far right) are the backups to Expedition 39/40 Flight Engineer Steve Swanson of NASA, Soyuz Commander Alexander Skvortsov of Roscosmos and Flight Engineer Oleg Artemyev of Roscosmos, who are scheduled to launch to the International Space Station March 26 (Kazakh time) for the start of a six-month mission.
