SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft, named Endeavour by the Crew-2 astronauts, launched at 5:49 a.m. EDT Friday, April 23, on a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39A, carrying Crew Dragon Commander Shane Kimbrough, Pilot Megan McArthur, and Mission Specialists Thomas Pesquet and Akihiko Hoshide. Endeavour is scheduled to dock to the International Space Station at 5:10 a.m. EDT April 24.
