JSC2013-E-094895 (20 Nov. 2013) — The medium wide scene of one of the screens in Johnson Space Center’s space station flight control room (FCR-1) announces a special occasion as the Expedition 38 crew, the space community and the rest of world are set to observe the 15th Anniversary of the International Space Station. On Nov. 20, 1998, a Russian Proton rocket launched the Zarya module, the first piece of the orbital outpost.
