Technicians at NASA Dryden connected one of two mobilizer units to the Orion flight test crew module transportation fixture. This step was made to prepare for loading the module onto an Air Force C-17 cargo aircraft for transport to the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The module was used for the first Orion Launch Abort System Pad Abort flight test in 2010.August 8, 2009
