Wakata, Soyuz Commander Mikhail Tyurin and Flight Engineer Rick Mastracchio of NASA are scheduled to launch Nov. 7, Kazakh time, in the Soyuz spacecraft from Baikonur to begin a six-month mission on the International Space Station.
