ISARA will perform a pioneering ability to increase downlink data rates for CubeSats via an in-space demonstration of an integrated radio frequency Ka-band and solar panel. The side of the array having mounted solar cells will provide over 20 watts of power and improve signal amplification for high-speed communications such as radar and other instruments.
