Integrated Resistance and Aerobic Training Study (Sprint) evaluates the use of high intensity, low volume exercise training to minimize loss of muscle, bone, and cardiovascular function in ISS crewmembers during long-duration missions. Fossum powered on the USND-2 (Ultrasound 2) and VPC (Video Power Converter) hardware,and connected the VPC to HRF-1 in order to perform this activity.
