NASA Administrator Charles Bolden speaks with members of Team Caribbean Splash, from Elena L. Christian Jr. High School in the U.S. Virgin Islands, at the fifth White House Science Fair on Monday, March 23, 2015. In addition to competing in the national finals of the Team America Rocketry Challenge: Stephanie Bullock, 16; Shimeeka Stanley, 15; Gabriel St. Kitts, 13; Maria Heywood, 13; and Amari DeSouza, 12; submitted one of five proposals selected to participate in the Small Satellites for Secondary Students (S4) Payload Contest which will be held in Nevada this June.
