The Office of Procurement, Grants Policy and Compliance (GPC) assesses and interprets Federal financial assistance statutes, regulations, and policies issued by governing and oversight bodies to determine how best to implement policy that aligns to the grant life cycle and takes into account NASA’s unique structure, resources, and requirements.
