Is employment guaranteed after graduating the SkillBridge fellowship with NASA?

NASA’s SkillBridge fellowships do not convert to job offers upon completion. As a federal organization, employment cannot be guaranteed at the end of the fellowship. All NASA civil servant positions must be applied for through USAJOBS.

NASA works with hundreds of contracting companies that are affiliated with the organization. Throughout the internship, careers can be identified by working with one of the NASA partners.

Team members will make every effort to provide a solid mentorship experience and numerous networking opportunities to help set every service member up for success.

Do I need to have a degree to join the NASA SkillBridge Fellowship?

Having a degree is not necessary for the fellowship. As long as the program eligibility requirements are met, providing a resume showcasing a dynamic background, good character, and a hard work ethic will meet basic requirements.
