ALTITUDE WIND TUNNEL (AWT) PUBLICITY WITH MODEL INTERIOR THROAT SECTION
The 31-foot diameter spruce fan inside the southeast corner of the Altitude Wind Tunnel (AWT) was driven by an 18,000 horsepower motor in the Exhauster Building (2/29/1944).
