Explanation or story behind the patch: F-15B Testbed with the Carbon Fiber Flight test fixture II (FTF-II) under the aircraft. The F-15B/Flight Test Fixture-II provided a means to determine how much skin friction could be reduced at typical transport aircraft flight conditions and the power required.
