
Francesca Gallo

Dr. Francesca Gallo is an aerosol scientist in the Langley Aerosol Research Group (LARGE). Her research focuses on understanding key aerosol processes across diverse environments and their impact on radiation, clouds, and climate. Since joining NASA in 2021 as a NPP Fellow, Dr. Gallo has contributed to the analysis and in-flight measurements for numerous airborne field campaigns. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate within the Department of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
