Expedition 60 Soyuz Commander Alexander Skvortsov of Roscosmos and astronauts Drew Morgan of NASA and Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency are scheduled to launch aboard their Soyuz MS-13 spacecraft at 12:28 p.m. Eastern time (9:28 p.m. Baikonur time), on Saturday, July 20.
