Firefly Blue Ghost Mission 1 Launch to the Moon

Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost Mission 1 launched from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 1:11 a.m. EST on Wednesday, Jan. 15. Part of the agency’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services initiative and Artemis campaign, the agency is preparing to fly ten science and technology instruments aboard Firefly’s first lunar lander.
