Just outside the cupola are two spacecraft. At right, is the U.S. Northrop Grumman Cygnus space freighter with one of its two prominent cymbal-shaped UtraFlex solar arrays. To the left, and directly behind Pesquet, is the Soyuz MS-17 crew ship.
