
Elizabeth “Ann” Haase

Ms. Elizabeth “Ann” Haase currently serves as a Program Manager for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA’s) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) in Washington, DC. Ms. Haase joined the HQ OSBP for the second time in June 2023. Ms. Haase will oversee the Agency’s Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Veterans Programs and the Workforce Planning Program. Additionally, Ms. Haase will serve as the Program Manager for Ames Research Center (ARC), Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and NASA Office of JPL Management and Oversight (NOJMO).
Ms. Elizabeth “Ann” Haase began her government career in 1989 at NASA’s (GSFC), where she has worked in procurement for the past 30 years. She gained extensive procurement experience and a diverse background in this role.
Ms. Haase supported various institutional programs in functional procurement offices. She also supported flight programs and projects in the capacity of Contracting Officer, Procurement Manager, Small Business Manager, and the Assistant Division Chief for Procurement for the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) – R Flight Project and Program Office.
Ms. Haase served as the Contracting Officer on numerous Source Selection Boards and has held the position of Source Evaluation Board (SEB) Coordinator. She participated in the Diversity Dialogue Project as a trained facilitator. Ms. Haase took part in the Mentor Program as both a mentee and a mentor, and she considers these experiences to be effective leadership opportunities. Ms. Haase served as the Deputy Procurement Officer for the Ames Office of Procurement for two years (2021 – 2023).
Given her experience with small business programs and her appreciation for the mission of the NASA Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Ms. Haase is thrilled to support OSBP as one of the Program Managers due to her experience with small business programs and her enthusiasm for the goals of the NASA Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).
