The Opportunity

For the first time in its almost 110-year history, NASA Langley is inviting ideas and interest to lease and develop 325+ acres adjacent to its world class aerospace facilities. Parcels include underdeveloped land behind the federal security perimeter, with flexibility for fencing adjustments and access to utilities. Potential projects may include payload processing facilities, hypersonics infrastructure, Moon and Mars simulation environments, regional air mobility infrastructure, and community spaces to support public private exchanges.
