Technical Project Coordinator, Contractor, NPP Langley Center Representative, Science Directorate, NASA Langley Research Center
Tracy transitioned into the Science Directorate as the Sr. Admin in September 2020. In October 2022, she joined the CPSS contract as a Technical Project Coordinator and was assigned to the Science Directorate. The Project Coordinator position works seamlessly with Center Security, Conference Center Staff, the Media Solutions Branch, the Office of Communications, and the Langley Exchange to provide opportunities to host in-person, hybrid, or remote project / program meetings, visits and other events. Services include but are not limited to securing visitor approvals (International visitors as well as U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents), compiling a comprehensive logistics document, completing Invitational Travel, reserving conference space, setting up audio/visual equipment, arranging printing services (posters, agendas, name badges, table tents, etc.), coordinating tours and associated transportation needs, arranging professional photographic services, monitoring questions and chat in online meeting formats, establishing Box folders and external user approvals, and arranging catering.
