NASA Stennis conducts a space shuttle main engine test Aug. 10, 2005, at the A-2 Test Stand. The hot fire commemorated 30 years of space shuttle main engine testing at the south Mississippi center, as well as completion of NASA’s Return to Flight with STS-114, the first shuttle flight since the loss of Columbia in 2003.
